After careful maturation in the vineyard, it is fermented and macerated at a controlled temperature in order to express its full aromatic potential. It is then aged in wooden barrels of different sizes, which serve to completely express its characteristics.
The wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Tthe aroma is floral, with notes of bougainvillea, blueberry and cassis, delicately spiced with vanilla and nutmeg.
Wide and enveloping in the mouth, warm and mineral, this wine amazes with its ability to wrap the palate with every sip.
We suggest pairing this wine with meat ragu, venison with sour cherries, stews and duck a l'orange.
