This variety is produced from grapes that are harvested at full ripeness and vinified at controlled temperature after a cold maceration. The fruit pulp is prominent in this wine, it has hints of banana, pineapple and peach. Upon tasting, softness and minerality prevail, giving it a pleasant tasting length and freshness. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood (shells, scallops, mussels) grilled white fish and classic risotto. It pairs well with asparagus and traditional Istrian cuisine.
