Malvasia gray earth complex in its smell, goes great with a paste in a sauce of meat boškarin, sheep cheese or salami venison. |
It has a delicate straw yellow color and light green, crystalline and partially dense hue. The scent is intense, with acacia flowers and tropical fruits (pineapple and mango).
The taste is dry, fresh and mineral, warm, with a full and harmonious body. Its finish is lasting and pleasant.
The wine pairs welll with fish, white meat and risotto.
