"Rouge" loves mussels and monkfish and gnocchi in a sauce of partridge or pheasant |
The wine is of an intense yellow color with golden reflections, sparkling and crystalline. The aroma is full and linden, acacia and lemon and cedar peel prevail.
The taste of this wine is mineral, dry, warm, fresh and soft, with a velvety, sapid note, with an aftertaste that reminmds of acacia honey.
It pairs well with fish, white meat, game (quail, pheasant) and cold and hot appetizers.
