Rose muscat is an autochthonous Istrian variety of red grapes, generally vinified in rosé to highlight its fruity freshness to the utmost.
The wine is produced from a maceration generally long enough for it to give the wine a very lively and intense red color, with ruby and violet hues.
The aroma is predominantly fruity with strong floral and spicy aromas, making it highly complex and interesting. Roses, cranberries, wild strawberries and cherries prevail in this beautiful wine.
It agrees well with aperitifs, as well as with fine cheeses, dark chocolate candy or as a meditation wine, while you are alone or with friends.
