It is a sparkling wine produced by the Charmat method, with a strong aromatic, fruity and floral bouquet. It has a strong body with great softness that makes it suitable both as an aperitif and with soft cheese (caprino, smoked ricotta), smoked fish or with desserts based on unsweetened ripe strawberries or with balsamic vinegar.
