Teran is a young and fresh fruit wine that is rich in primary aromas. It is of a lively, intense red color, with a rich aroma of ripe cherries and notes of raspberries and strawberries. Its soft tannin structure and softer long finish are surprising. It pairs well with grilled meat, prosciutto, fresh and mature cheese, roasted oats, fish, and even pizza, especially the ones with sausages or salami.
